American Idol host Ryan Seacrest will continue his duties as an American Idol host, as he has signed a $45m deal for the next three years.

Hollywood Reporter says that Searcest to be paid $15m every year for his duties as a host in American Idol. This amount is three times higher than Seacrest previous salary that was reportedly less than $5m.

Seacrest and CKX both refused to comment on this deal. However, he wasn’t Seacrest alone that got this raise. Simon Cowell, one of the judges of the show has also signed a $100m per year deal to appear as a judge in the show. The other judges of the show are also in talks for new contracts.
