Madonna initial bid to adopt little Mercy James was rejected two months back, but now she has won her appeal to adopt Mercy, as the girl’s alleged father has decided to give up the fight to keep the girl in Malawi.

According to James Kambewa, the alleged father of little girl, Madonna is not a suitable woman to bring up a child. Kambewa launched a legal bid against Madonna to get his daughter back.

But now Kambewa has given up his battle and wished little girl and Madonna all the best.
