What Jim Carrey gets for one movie these days $6m may not cover even a third part of it, but still according to Variety the well known comedian who performed strikingly well in Bruce Almighty is going to be the new hero of a parody take on of 70s’ popular The Six Million Dollar Man series.  Todd Phillips is the director of the movie who is also making other such stuff for Starsky and Hutch along with Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller.

Scot Armstrong and Todd Phillips will go back to ABC show source “Cyborg” a well known novel from Martin Caidin. The film is expected to be shot in the coming fall.

Aside from stepping into popular red tracksuit of Lee Majors, Jim is also going to play legendary George Segal role of the comedy “Fun with Dick and Jane” in which  Cameron Diaz is going to play the role of Jane Fonda in it.
