Janice Thibodaux, who attacked Terri Seymour (Simon Cowell’s ex-girlfriend) , has pled guilty for battery and the charge of the assault is being dropped.

In Janice’s probation of 36 months, she was sanctioned to complete labor prison for 20 days and she was also given to options either to get anger management or have psych evaluation for 36hrs. She has been asked either to have the psych evaluation of 36hrs or got an anger management course. She has also been ordered to report her progress to the court by July 16.

Janice attacked Seymour few weeks back after her tapping in a reality show.
