Coroners in Los Angeles have released Michael Jackson’s dead body to his family, but investigation to know the causes of his death is still continued.

Jacko,s personal doctor was along with him at the time of his death and police have been investigating the doctor for quite some time.

Some reports about the battle regarding custody of Jackson’s kids have also emerged. TMZ.com says that Debbie Rowe, who is biological mother Jacko’s two eldest children, would be custodian of Prince and Paris Michael according to California law.  But according to the same website, Jackson’s family has decided to battle if such move is taken.

Lisa Marie Presley, Jacko’s first wife, says that Jacko often feared of death and used to say that he would die like her father Elvis Presley.

On her MySpace page, Lisa writes, “Jacko said once in an emotional talk that he was afraid that he was also end up like my father.”

“I tried to immediately put him off from that thought, but he just shrugged his shoulders the way he wanted me to aware of that fact which he already knew.”

According to Fox News, Jackson’s dead body was locked in its own crypt in a mortuary. No plans have yet come forward about the funeral and his family says that they can’t rule out a plan for a public funeral.

The Los Angles coroners say that no evidence of external injuries or any other foul play have been noticed in the post mortem, but they delayed the cause of death for some more tests.

On the other hand, LA Police Department says that the key results will give a new direction to their investigation. Police is trying to determine at that moment whether some prescription drugs were involved or not.
