According to a news report, Pete Doherty was found consuming heroin in a flight from London on which he was fined by the police.
The officers picked the rocker just after one hour when the British Airways flight landed Friday. Jean Philippe, the police spokesman says that he was held for two hours on the charge of consuming heroin, and he have to pay the fine to get released from the police.
According to Brandt the singer has been tested for heroin consumption and a report of it confirmed by Le Matin, a Swiss tabloid.
On the other, Geneva police refused to confirm that report of Doherty heroin consumption.
Doherty is well known as a Babyshambles lead singer and British model Kate Moss former boyfriend. Previously, he was also detained by London police and spent nearly one month in a prison.
According to British Airways, a passenger was detained on the arrival of the flight, but they declined to give any other details of the incident.
Brandt refused to disclose the amount that Doherty had to pay for fine.
