It’s seems that Spears’ circus tour has started to take her health toll, as according to a report she received some injuries when she collapsed during dance rehearsals.

National Enquirer says that Britney fell to the floor when the dancers were trying to put her back on her feet.

Though Britney works out regularly and she is quite strong physically, but she has told that she didn’t take enough rest and right food during her tours and her tough schedule often wreaks havoc on her body.
